Happy Hounds

Terms andConditions:
For the health and safety of your dog, other dogs and people, conditions apply to all services
offered by doggie daycare.
All dogs must be neutered (puppies excluded).
Only dogs considered by their owners to be well socialised who enjoy the company of other dogs and people are suitable for joining doggie daycare.
Written consent is required if you would like your dog to be walked off the lead. There are potential risks to your dog if he is walked off lead. Walking will be discussed at your dogs enrollment.
All dogs accepted must have an up-to-date vaccination certificate.
Failure to provide vaccination information will result in your dog being refused.
All dogs accepted require to be wormed and de-flead regularly.
In the event of your dog being involved in an accident or in an emergency, doggie daycare will
take your dog to merlin Veterinary Group, Eyemouth or Duns surgery.
Puppies from 8 weeks are welcome. Please discuss this with your vet.
Puppies under 6 months will not be taken for walks.
(This is to ensure that their immature bones and joints are not damaged by excessive exercise.
This is breed dependent as larger breeds may have special requirements. Please refer to your vet
or breeder for advice.)
All dogs wear identity tags which are supplied by doggie daycare.
Dogs who use the pick up/delivery service are generally transported in dog cages. If travelling in the front of the vehicle, dogs are attached to the seat-belt via a doggie harness for extra security and safety.
Doggie daycare is fully insured including a care custody and control policy covering your dog while he is in our care but we recommend
you insure your dog for all eventualities.
Payment must be made in advance by cash or cheque. Details will be given during your enrollment.
Bookings can be cancelled at any time. You will be offered the opportunity to re-book.
You only pay for the days your dog is actually with doggie daycare.
Doggie daycare reserves the right to refuse, or terminate the enrollment of any dog who displays aggressive, destructive or unreasonable behaviour
